CAJUN LAVASH HOTDOGS.

Monday, August 8, 2022 Lagos, Nigeria

This is my favorite go-to snack/appetizer

 to make when I don’t want to spend much time in the kitchen.

List of ingredients:

·       Hotdogs

·       Cajun seasoning

·       Spring onion

·       Lavash (you can substitute with tortilla bread)

·       Oil (for frying)

·       Toothpicks

Procedure:

1.       Wrap the hotdogs with the Lavash;

2.       Using toothpick pass it through the wrapped hotdogs to hold the Lavash. (As seen in the image below);

3.       Use a knife and slice the wrap in-between the holdings;

4.       Heat a pan with little oil and fry both sides till golden brown;

5.       While on the pan sprinkle Cajun seasoning and fry for 5 seconds;

6.       Dish on a plate and garnish with some spring onion and enjoy.

I enjoyed mine with apple juice.
