CLAFOUTIS WITH BERRIES.

Monday, September 12, 2022 Lagos, Nigeria

I love French desserts and this one really is yummy. This is my first time trying this recipe and I absolutely enjoyed making it. It’s so easy and you don’t need much to make it.

    List of ingredients:

·      3 eggs

·      255g milk

·      60g butter

·      80g flour

·      125g sugar

·      Blueberries (or any berry of your choice).

    Procedure:

1.    In a mixing bowl add 3 eggs and 125g of sugar. Mix well.

2.    Add 255g of milk and 60g melted butter. Mix together

3.    Now add the 80g of all-purpose flour and mix all together.

4.    Coat your baking pan with butter. Add the berries in the pan and add the mixture.

5.    Add 3 small cubes of butter on top.

6.    Bake for 10 mins in 220 °C oven.

Enjoy.
