· 1 pack of chicken wings
·
¼ cup Dark soy sauce
·
¼ cup Light soy sauce
·
¼ tbsp. Rice vinegar (you can use white vinegar)
·
1 tbsp. Brown sugar
·
3 tbsp. Ketchup
·
1 tbsp. Hot pepper
·
Fresh Ginger and Garlic (
·
½ cup of water
·
Sesame seed
·
Green spring onion.
Procedure:
1. In a bowl mix
your Dark soy sauce, Light soy sauce, Rice vinegar, Brown sugar, Ketchup, Hot
pepper.
2. In your wok pan
(you can use a sauce pan) add cooking oil and heat on medium heat for 2mins.
3. Add your washed
wings to your pan and fry for 5mins.
4. Now add your
ginger and garlic and sauté for 2mins.
5. Add your dark soy
sauce mix sauté for 2mins then add a cup of water cover pan and let the wings
cook for 10 – 15mins or till tender.
6. Garnish with sesame
seeds and green onion.
Enjoy.
