COCONUT POPSICLE.

Monday, June 5, 2023 Lagos, Nigeria

Fruity popsicles are my new favourite way to cool down during the heat.

My list of fruity popsicles is:

1.    Watermelon

2.    Mango and passion fruit

3.    Pineapple and coconut

4.    Coconut

5.    Chocolate fudge.

For this Coconut Popsicle I blended coconuts with coconut water. Stained the water (if you want it super creamy you don’t need to strain the water), added a little honey and coconut flakes.

          Enjoy.
