Ingredients
- 2
cups flour
- 2
eggs
- 1
tablespoon baking powder
- 1
tablespoon cinnamon
- 1
cup oil
- 1
cup milk
- 1
cup brown sugar
- 2–3
ripe bananas, smashed or sliced
- Chocolate
chips (optional)
Procedure:
1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease
and flour a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, combine your flour, baking
powder, and cinnamon. Set aside.
3.
In another bowl, whisk
together eggs, oil, milk, and brown sugar until smooth and slightly frothy.
4.
Stir in the smashed or
sliced bananas.
5.
Add the dry
ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined (don’t over
mix).
6.
Pour the batter into
your prepared pan. Top it with some bananas sliced into two.
7.
Bake for 45–55 minutes,
or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
8.
Let it cool before
slicing.
Enjoy.
