APPLE PIE SMOOTHIE.


 I love having smoothies in the morning, they're filling and a great way to start the day.

This apple pie smoothie will have you smiling all morning, and it only takes a few ingredients to make.

Ingredients:

·      1 medium apple (cored and chopped)

·      1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain)

·      1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

·      2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey

·      A handful of ice cubes


Add all your ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
