MOIST & FLUFFY COCONUT CAKE.


This is the ultimate coconut cake recipe. Effortlessly made and guaranteed to steal the show every single time.

Ingredients:

·      2 cups flour

·      1 cup coconut milk

·      1 cup oil

·      1 cup brown sugar

·      2 eggs

·      2 teaspoons baking powder

·      2 cups shredded coconut

 

Procedure:

1.    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease your cake pan.

2.    In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and shredded coconut.

3.    Add the eggs, coconut milk, and oil 

4.    Mix everything together until you have a smooth, well-combined batter.

5.    Pour the batter into your prepared cake pan, spreading it evenly.

6.    Sprinkle coconut flakes generously on top for an extra toasted coconut finish.

7.    Bake for 30–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
