CHICKEN KATSU.

Golden, crispy, and incredibly satisfying, Chicken Katsu is a beloved Japanese dish. It is simple enough for a weeknight dinner yet impressive enough to serve guests. Chicken Katsu is delicious on its own, but it also works wonderfully in sandwiches, rice bowls, or Japanese curry. Its crunchy coating and juicy interior make it a comforting meal you'll want to make again and again.
Ingredients:

·      1 cup flour

·      1 cup water

·      1 teaspoon ginger powder

·      1 teaspoon garlic powder

·      1 teaspoon hot or mild pepper

·      1 teaspoon salt

·      1 teaspoon chicken seasoning

·      2 large chicken breast or thighs

·      Panko or blended cornflakes

Procedure:

1.    In a bowl add flour, water, ginger and garlic powder, salt, pepper, chicken seasoning and mix together.

2.    Cut your chicken to your desired shape and size and deep into the flour mixture.

3.    Now coat the chicken with your panko.

4.    In a deep pan heat up cooking oil and fry your chicken on medium to low heat till chicken is golden brown.

5.    Serve with any sauce of your choice or rice.

         Enjoy.
